Returns

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is not right. Return shipping is on us.

What we can accept

• Unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached
• In its original packaging
• Within 30 days of delivery

What we cannot accept

• Pierced jewellery — for hygiene reasons
• Items marked final sale on the product page
• Anything visibly worn, altered, or washed

How to start a return

Email help@girlsflare.com with your order number and which pieces are going back. We send you a prepaid label within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to show it.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges directly — returning and reordering is faster. If the size you want is low in stock, tell us when you email and we will hold it for you for 7 days.
